Michelle Macartney Vice President, Solutions Delivery Michelle is responsible for the delivery and support of all BasePoint products and services and has vast experience as a solutions delivery executive for analytic products. Prior to joining BasePoint, Michelle was the founding President of ACHIEVE Consultants where she worked closely with clients to develop and implement strategies for delivering software implementation services. In addition, Michelle consulted financial services companies in consumer and small business credit operations, application processing and customer management. Prior to founding ACHIEVE Consultants, Michelle was the Group Vice President of Global Solutions Delivery for HNC Software. In this role Michelle was responsible for global implementation and support for all products and services serving the financial services industry. As Vice President of North America Client Services at Fair Isaac, she was responsible for delivery and support of all decision support products and services to financial services clients in North America. This included software development, analytic model development, client support and strategy consulting. Michelle has extensive experience in the implementation and support of large-scale analytic-based risk management solutions. She was responsible for the worldwide project management of numerous installations of consumer and small business credit application processing, fraud management and decision support systems. Michelle earned a Masters of Business Administration and a Business Administration degree from Baldwin-Wallace College. Back to Management |
